2023-05-25 C4C TNT B2G want cheese with that wine?
wonderful night, warm start, chilly return from Guilford. Several weeks into Closer to Free Training and we are finding this groups pace average. With tonight's very cohesive crew, all ability levels are molding into teamwork / team confidence and "c4c family" bonding. We are all having a great workout without even knowing that it is happening. We had a "ride start" surprise visit from Jeff S. and an end of ride visit by Lee and Lenny. End of ride, Mary cut the cheese and others poured the homemade wine. Thank you all for coming out, we look forward to either upping the distance or increasing the pace by a tiny bit each week.

2013-05-13 Epilepsy Foundation of CT Walk to end Epilepsy
2023 05 13 Walk to End Epilepsy, We took advantage of this beautiful day to walk around the track and to raise awareness for the Epilepsy Foundation of Connecticut.
As a team we have been involved with the Epilepsy Foundation of Connecticut fundraising rides for ten years, As a team we were the leaders and forefathers in creating and marshaling the cycling event in West Haven CT. and we have participated in the yearly walks and runs. Within the years, we have participated and have managed to maintain top five status.
This year (2023), C4C Team Alex came in third place with $4,787.00 (May 20, 2023) and Ed Barros (name used for Captain Alex) as leading fundraiser for the event with $2,7872.00 (May 20, 2023). The Barros Family and the entire C4C Team want to thank all of our supporters and donors for the continued support, without The Walkers, Cyclists, Donors and Team Sponsors non of this would be possible. As a Team we intend to grow this even again in the near future, (covid placed a toll on all & set us back ), we thank you all in advance for future support.
